PUBLIC NOTICE The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and Tri-State Plating, Inc. have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. HW-20-004 which resolves violation(s) of the WV Hazardous Waste Management Act which occurred in Cabell County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, Tri-State Plating, Inc. has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending April 6, 2020.
