ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY CASE NO.: 20-C-569 JUDGE: TABIT Kemberly Baldwin, Plaintiff, vs Jessica Michelle Butterworth and Cynthia Stribling, Jointly and Severally, Defendants. The object of the above entitled action is for judgment against the Defendants, for such sum of actual and punitive damages that a trier of fact may find, for the costs of this action, and for such other relief as the court may deem just and proper. And it appears by an affidavit filed in this action that Brent P. Stewart attempted to locate the defendant Jessica Michelle Butterworth at her last known address in the State of West Virginia; however efforts of due diligence to locate this individual by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office have been to no avail. IT IS ORDERED that Jessica Michelle Butterworth do serve upon Brent P. Stewart, whose address is Post Office Box 670, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29731 an Answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jessica Michelle Butterworth at a time thereafter.
