NOTICE OF GENERAL INVESTIGATION TO SET STATEWIDE WRECKER RATES AND RATES FOR ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT AND NOTICE OF HEARING By Order issued on October 21, 2020, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia initiated a general investigation to set statewide wrecker rates and determine, what, if any ancillary equipment is eligible for separate rates for use by third party tow companies pursuant to Rule 5.13.a. of the Commission’s Rules Governing Motor Carriers, Private Commercial Carriers and the Filing of Evidence of Insurance and Financial Responsibility by Motor Carriers, 150 C.S.R. 9.Anyone interested may obtain a copy of the Commission Order on the Commission’s website (www.psc.state.wv.us) or by request to Connie Graley, Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. Please reference Case No. 20-0796-MC-GI.Anyone desiring to intervene should file a written petition to intervene on or before November 20, 2020, unless otherwise modified by Commission order. All petitions to intervene should briefly state the reason for the petitions to intervene and comply with the rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, 150 W.Va. C.S.R. 1. Interested persons may file comments, including proposed tariff provisions with support for the changes, on or before November 20, 2020.
