BID FOR LIDAR TRAINING Logan Campus Bid Opening November 30, 2020 10:00A.M. Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College Finance Department Bldg. B 2nd Floor INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College invites anyone, hereafter referred to as Vendors, to submit sealed bids, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto. Bids will be received by the Institution’s Director of Fleet Management and Purchasing until no later than 10:00A.M. November 30, 2020 and then publicly opened and read aloud. By submitting a bid, the Vendor agrees to be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institution and the laws of the State of West Virginia. The bid must have the original signature of the person authorized to legally bind the person, corporation, or partnership submitting the bid. The vendor must be registered with the State of West Virginia. The Institution reserves the right to refuse any/or all bids. The bid opening will be conducted in Building B Finance Department, Room 203, on the Logan Campus at Mount Gay, WV. You must have an envelope with the bid name on the outside of the envelop. If this is not complete, we have the right to refuse any and all parts of the bid.
