VILLAGE OF BARBOURSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT, AND ANY OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS, WITH AMERICAN TOWER FOR THE LEASE OF A CELL TOWER ON VILLAGE PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES RELATED THERETO.” A public hearing will be held by the Village of Barboursville (“Village”) on the below titled Resolution approving a lease agreement and on the question of whether there should be approved the entering into a new lease or into an extension thereof or various lease agreements with telecommunication companies for the lease of cell towers on municipal property and related matters, at a meeting of the Village of Barboursville to be held at 7:15 p.m. prevailing time, on November 17, 2020, at the Village of Barboursville City Hall, 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504, and at such hearing all parties and interested persons may attend and appear before the Village Council and be heard as to whether the Resolution shall be approved and put into effect and to express their views on the proposed lease agreements and at such hearing all objections and suggestions shall also be heard and the Village shall then take such action as it shall deem proper in the premises upon the Resolution titled below: A RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT, AND ANY OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS, WITH AMERICAN TOWER FOR THE LEASE OF A CELL TOWER ON VILLAGE PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES RELATED THERETO. The above-quoted title of the Resolution describes generally the contents thereof and the purposes of the lease contemplated thereby.
