NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by STEVEN M. BARNHILL to FLYNN, MA,X MILLER & TONEY, L.C., dated the 28th day of September, 2007, securing IBEW 317 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2183, at page 714, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., successor in interest to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & TONEY, L.C., Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on December 16, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Brereton Court made by Breece and Carper, Engineers, bearing date the 27th day of May, 1958, a copy of which map was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the 21st day of January, 1959, in Map Book 6, as Map 77, as LOT NUMBER FORTY-SEVEN (47), and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the south line of Brereton Court at the corner between Lots 46 and 47; thence with the south line of Brereton Court, No1ih 87 46′ West, 65.38 feet to a point; thence with a curve having a radius of 480.00 feet, a distance of 4.62 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lots 46 and 47, South 2 14′ West, 92.46 feet to a point; thence with the south line of Lot 47, North 78 50′ East, 66.82 feet to a point; thence North 85 39′ East 5.00 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lots 46 and 47, North 2 14′ East, 76.42 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
