NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by ANGEL M. FREEMAN to DOROTHY JOHNSON AND DIANE FEAGANES, dated the 28th day of APRIL, 2004, securing HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE TRI-STATE, INC., formerly known as HUNTINGTON-WEST VIRGINIA AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 1928, at page 264, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C. as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 20th day of NOVEMBER, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 405, at page 691, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on DECEMBER 16, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Barboursville, Cabell County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as Block 6 PART OF LOT 12 COLLEGE VIEW ADDITION, 1333 McClung Avenue.
