The properties for auction are located on Grant Garden Road and Handley Road in Ona, WV, District 3, Map 18, Parcel 61.2 (Portion approximately 38 acres) Minimum bid $47,000 District 3, Map 12, Parcel 47 Minimum bid $30,800 For additional information please contact 304-526-9704. The Cabell County Commission will accept bids in person at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 on the Eighth Street side steps o Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM. 2. The high bidder for the property will be notified at the sale. 3. Payment for each property will be due at the time of the sale via check or money order made payable to the Cabell County Commission. 4. The high bidder for the property may pick up the deed at 750 5th Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington, WV on or after Wednesday, December 23, 2020 5. There is no representation or warranty expressed or implied for properties contained in this auction belonging to the Cabell County Commission and all such items are being sold on an “as-is” basis. 6.
