No. I In the Matter of the Parental Rights as to, ELLYANNA NOELL DOB: 1/13/2013 CARLY PETERSON DOB: 04/19/2015 Children Under 18 Years ORDER OF PUBLICATION Upon reading the Declaration of Rhonda Felix, the State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services, duly filed herein, it appears to the satisfaction of the Court, and the Court finds: that Respondent Cory Peterson and Respondent Donovan Fretter present addresses and current whereabouts are unknown and they cannot be found; that Respondents and any true unknown natural fathers of above-named minor children are unknown and Petitioner has no information which could lead to their identity or whereabouts; that a cause of action exists in favor of Petitioner and against said Respondents and that said Respondents are necessary and proper parties to this action; and that notice herein cannot be served upon said Respondents in person; and it further appears that the Reno Gazette Journal, Reno, Nevada and the Herald Dispatch, Huntington, West Virginia are the newspapers most likely to give said Respondents notice of the pendency of this action. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that notice in this suit be served on Respondents Cory Peterson and Donovan Fretter and any true unknown natural fathers of the above-named minor children by publication thereof in the above-named newspaper, and that said publication be made for a period of four weeks, once a week during said time, pursuant to NRS 128.070. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the notice and a copy of the motion be mailed to Respondents Corey Peterson and Donovan Fretter at their last-known address by a certified mail, return receipt requested, unless he can be found and personally served with process pursuant to NRS 128.070.
