ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Lincoln County Board of Education invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Lincoln County Schools Mowing Contract. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Lincoln County Board of Education, 10 Marland Avenue, Hamlin, West Virginia 25523 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on January 15, 2021 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., local time, on January 11, 2021 at the offices of the Lincoln County Board of Education. Attendance at pre-bid conference not mandatory.
