NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain purchase money Deed of Trust executed by Richard Lee Mount, to W. Merton Prunty and Henry Roberts Jr., Trustees, either of whom may act, dated the 31st day of December, 2015, and recorded in the Offic.e of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2601, Pg. 655, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, said Trustee, Henry Roberts Jr. as Trustee , having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Thursday, the 25th day of February, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the east front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the real estate commonly known as 1120 Norway Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, and described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Guyandotte District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Plat No. 2, Campbell Park, a copy of which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on November 13, 1924, in Map Book No. 2, as Map No. 274, as LOTS NUMBERS TWENTY-EIGHT (28) AND TWENTY-NINE (29), and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of Norway Avenue at the comer between Lots 27 and 28; thence with the South line of Norway Avenue in a westerly direction 80.00 feet to a poin t; thence with the line between Lots 29 and 30 in a southerly direction 115.00 feet to a point; thence with the south line of 20 and 29 in an easterly direction to a point; thence with the line between Lots 27 and 28, in a northerly direction 115 .00 feet to the place of BEGINNING; TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, subject to real property taxes assessed and unpaid against said property.
