ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to seek and obtain judgement against the defendants, jointly and/or severally, for breach of contract and resultant damages originating from the same. This cause of action arose in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. Due diligence was used in ascertaining the current whereabouts of the defendants Ohio Valley Construction and Plumbing and Brandon Childers, and the plaintiff has attempted to serve said defendants Ohio Valley Construction and Plumbing and Brandon Childers in person and through the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office, to no avail. It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the defendants Ohio Valley Construction and Plumbing and Brandon Childers are nonresidents of the State of West Virginia but who conduct business and perform work in West Virginia; it is hereby ORDERED that each of them appear and serve upon the plaintiff an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 24, 2021, otherwise, judgement by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
