To the Below named Respondent or any one else claiming parental and/or custodial rights to said child: It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the father, Harold Thomas Stapleton III, last known address of 203 Mason St at South Point, OH, and the current address appears unknown, it is hereby ordered that Harold Thomas Stapleton III and/or anyone claiming parental rights and/or custodial rights to the subject child above, or having any objection to the above requested adoption and serve upon Steven T. Box 549, Barboursville, WV 25504, an answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the petition for adoption on or before 30 days after the first run of this publication. NOTICE OF HEARING You will please take notice that a hearing has been set for the 1st day of March, 2021, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, in front of the Honorable Gregory Howard, Jr., Circuit Judge for Cabell County, Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV. At which time and place you may be present to protect your interests in this matter, if any you have. You are hereby notified that if you do not appear for this hearing your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that such persons may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service.
