REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission is seeking sealed bids from certified contractors to properly remove one (1) private dwelling in the Shamrock Addition to Logan, WV, area. Said dwelling has been purchased by the Logan County Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the WV Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management and this bid is for the demolition of the one (1) structure involved in the buyout and the removal of all debris resulting from said demolition, as well as landscaping following the demolition. General contractors should only bid on the demolition, debris removal and landscaping. Bids will be accepted at the Logan County Commission Office Building at 325 Stratton Street, Logan, WV, until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2021, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. If a bid is awarded, all work must be completed within sixty (60) days. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
