NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A LIMITED SERVICE BRANCH OF A STATE MEMBER BANK Notice is hereby given that Putnam County Bank, a bank chartered in the state of West Virginia, headquartered at 2761 Main Street in Hurricane, West Virginia 25526, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a limited service branch at 300 Hurricane Creek Road; Hurricane, West Virginia 25526. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, P. O. Box 27622, Richmond, Virginia 23261.
