The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 38.415661 Longitude: -82.369856. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: VOC’s – 70 tons/year PM – 2 tons/year PM10 – 1 ton/year Total HAP’s – 7 tons/year XYLENE – 3 tons/year MIBK – 2.5 tons/year Startup of the operation is planned to begin on or about the 3rd day of March 2021.
