INVITATION TO BID Randolph County Historical Society is requesting bids for roof replacement and masonry repair for the Blackman-Bosworth Building, Beverly, WV. The project includes removal of the existing roof and replacement with EPDM membrane roof, with associated repairs, as well as masonry repair to one corner of the building. The bid package is available by emailing Phyllis Baxter at [email protected]. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid March 9 at 1:30 pm. All bids must be received by March 25, 2021. The project completion date is August 15, 2021 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Partial funds for this project are through the WV State Historic Preservation Office.
