Due diligence has been used in ascertaining the current whereabouts of J.C. Mccorkle or to confirm that he is deceased, but no such information has been obtained. The plaintiff attempted to serve the defendant J.C. McCorkle via the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office; however, that letter was returned as undelivered. It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the defendant J.C. Mccorkle ; it is hereby ORDERED that each of them appear and serve upon the plaintiff an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before May 15, 2021, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
