WESTERN COUNTIES REGIONAL LIBRARY INSURANCE SPECIFICATIONS 2021-2024 HEADQUARTERS: Cabell County Public Library 455 Ninth Street Plaza Huntington, WV 25701 Instructions to Bidders: Sealed bids on insurance coverage of property and casualty for libraries in the Western Counties Regional Library System will be accepted by the Board of Directors of the Cabell County Public Library until 11 :00 a.m. on Friday, May 14, 2021 at the administrative offices of the Cabell County Public Library, 455 Ninth Street Plaza, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Coverage period will be for three years or for one year with option to renew for two additional years, commencing July 15, 2021, but with the right and option on the part of the Insurer to terminate coverage upon sixty days prior notice, effective as of July 15, 2022 or July 15, 2023. Making assistance with human resources questions, employment law questions, and/or other HR questions available to the library either on-line or by telephone will be considered in evaluating the bids. Also, must be able to supply bonds for public notaries. Bids will be based on the values shown in the specifications. Insurance for building shall be an All-risk Property Form (includes Broad Form, Repair and Replacement – Boiler Coverage) , Blanket Coverage using agreed value. Vehicle coverage shall be actual value. The Board of Directors of the Cabell County Public Library reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
