Monday – Friday A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers on the Third Floor of the Cabell County Courthouse on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 10:00am. Said responses to Request for Proposal to replace/install hardware, software, and programming for secure access control of 58 doors and parking lot entrance gate at the Cabell County Courthouse and 4 doors at the Cabell County Ona Field Office shall be submitted with the bids in a sealed envelope, with the date and time the bids are due on the outside of the envelope, on or before Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., in the Cabell County Commission, Suite 300, Third Floor, Huntington, West Virginia 25701at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud during County Commission Session at the Cabell County Courthouse. The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of the opening.
