Replacement of 20 feet of 48-inch diameter sewer pipe. 480 lineal feet of helical piers to support the new sewer pipe.. Grouting with low mobility grout to fill any underground voids. This Project will be funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce – Economic Development Administration (EDA) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. All elements of the Project shall meet EDA requirements, including, but not limited to, design requirements, bidding process, reporting, construction, grant administration, and documentation throughout the Project.
