NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Randall S. Adkins and Rhonda Adkins, to Garry L. Boothe and W. Merton Prunty, Trustees, either of whom may act, dated the 23rd day of December, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 770, Pg. 622, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and by Substitution of Trustee Agreement dated the 3’11 day of May, 2021, and recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Trust Deed Book No. 835, Pg. 808, wherein the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to Garry L. Boothe and W. Merton Prunty, Trustees, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, said Substitute Trustee, Paul J.
