Legal Notice One Lot Sale Marshall University will conduct a public “Buyer-Takes-All” surplus property sale by sealed written bid of surplus property supplies arid equipment. The sale will be located at 201 21st Street known as the Art Warehouse Building, which houses the Marshall University Receiving Department. Items for sale may include, but is not limited to, the remaining various types of office furniture, business machines, electronics, filing and storage cabinets, and stadium chairs. The Buyer-Takes-All Sale will be open will be open to the public from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Monday, June 10, 2019 and Tuesday, June 11, 2019. Registration will take place on those days at the east end of the Art Warehouse location and bid forms will be distributed at that time. Bids will be tabulated an award made to the highest bidder by telephone. Successful bidder will be required to pay for and removed their purchases no later than 3:30 pm Friday June 14, 2019. All items must be paid for prior to removal from university property. Successful bidders can only make payment at the Bursar’s Cashier Office located on the 2nd Floor of Old Main, on Thursday June 13, 2019 and Friday, June 14, 2019 prior to pick up. Items bid but not paid for by that time will revert back to university property, and will be disposed of according to WV State Code. Marshall University reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No warranties or guarantees are implied or given, and all items are in an “as is, where is” status. Refunds or exchanges are not authorized .
