Sealed bids will be accepted from qualified vendors for Asphalt/Paving Services. until 3:00 p.m., LPT, on Thursday, June 24, 2021. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in the Office of Purchasing, Room 125, Old Main Building, Marshall University Campus.
