INVITATION TO BID Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. will receive sealed bids for the 2021-2022 service years in Mingo, McDowell and southern Wayne counties. Sealed bids are being solicited in the following categories: Food Staples Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Paper, Cleaning, and Disposable Products Bread Products Milk and Dairy Products Products must meet all USDA standards for foods. Either English standard or metric measurements are acceptable. Efforts will be made to prefer and utilize products that conserve natural resources, protect the environment and/or are energy efficient (if these purchases are also cost efficient for the program). Bids must be sealed and marked SEALED BID on the outside of the envelope.
