NOTICE BEFORE THE UNSAFE BUILDINGS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON, CABELL AND WAYNE COUNTIES, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: J. KRAFT PROPERTIES LLC c/0 JONATHAN D. KRAFT 1007 8TH STREET APT. B HUNTINGTON WEST VIRGINIA 25701 PROPERTY: 1007-1009 8TH STREET HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA ORDER OF CONTINUANCE On Thursday, the 14th day of January, 2021, the Unsafe Buildings Commission of the City of Huntington came on for hearing as provided by Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised. After discussion upon the matter, the Commission fund that the property located at 1007-1009 8TH STREET, within the City of Huntington, be continued and placed upon the Agenda of the July 8, 2021 meeting of the Unsafe Buildings Commission. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that pursuant to Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised, the matter of the structure located at 1007-1009 8TH STREET and owned by J. KRAFT PROPERTIES LLC will come on for hearing on Thursday, the 8th day of July, 2021 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the City Council Chambers, located inside City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, at which time the property owners may be present to protect their interest, if they so desire.
