REGARDING RULES GOVERNING TARIFF FILINGS and RULES GOVERNING MOTOR CARRIERS
The Public Service Commission of West Virginia is considering modifying the Proposed Rules for the Construction and Filings of Tariffs and Proposed Rules Governing Motor Carriers available on the Commission website: www.psc.state.wv.us
under the Case Information tab using the above General Order numbers.
The Commission has extended the comment deadlines for these cases and will receive written comments on the proposed modifications as follows:
