NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on July 2, 2018, at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall at 112 Huffard Drive in Bluefield, Virginia. This said PUBLIC HEARING is being held to receive input on the creation of Division 13 (MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS) of Article VII (SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS) of Chapter 74 (ZONING) of the Code of Ordinances, Town of Bluefield, Virginia. A copy of the full text of the proposed resolution recommending the creation of such a division may be viewed prior to the said PUBLIC HEARING at the office of the Zoning Administrator of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia at 112 Huffard Drive in Bluefield, Virginia, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to appear at the said PUBLIC HEARING and present their views.
