The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of a waiver of the distance requirement in the Commercial & Industrial Improvement Location Permit Ordinance for the upcoming kennel for the Humane Society of Morgan County.
Applicant: Humane Society of Morgan County.
Site Location: Rock Gap District, Map 8, Parcel 14.4 located at 5366 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
The Morgan County Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 23 at the Morgan County Courthouse Commission Room at 7 p.m.
