Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of March, 2021 at 11:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Kathy Ann Swift will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Kathy Ann Price to Kathy Ann Knotts, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
