Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February, 2021 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Isha Ankurkumar Patel will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Isha Ankurkumar Patel to Isha Ankur Patel, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
