Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of February, 2021 at 3:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Franklin Brando Lucente will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Franklin Brando Lucente to Franklin Lee Lucente, II, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
