The object of the above entitled action is to secure judgement against the defendants.

And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendants.

It is ordered that The Lofts do serve upon Artie Lighter. Hershel Mullins, magistrate, whose address is 265 Spruce Street, Morgantown WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 4/25/15, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Artie Lightner at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.

INVITATION TO BID Installation of Wastewater Treatment Systems The Mercer County Board of Education invites bids to provide all work related to the installation of Wastewater Treatment Systems at Oakvale School and Spanishburg School. The work includes the removal and disposal of the current systems and the purchase and installation of new specified systems, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., April 15, 2015 starting at Oakvale School, 2503 Goodwins Chapel Rd, Princeton WV and then proceeding to Spanishburg School, 8544 Beckley Rd Spanishburg WV. Qualified bidders shall have at least five years verifiable experience in similar projects. A bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company in an amount equal to five (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the total amount of bid, payable to the MCBOE, shall be submitted with Bid. The successful bidder and all subcontractors will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The successful Bidder will also be required to execute a contract and comply with all rules and regulations of the WV Workers’ Compensation Fund. Other requirements are detailed in the bid package which will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids will be opened and read aloud April 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
