To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Nikki Jo Montgomery has been unable to be located by Matthew Hammerling and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Nikki Jo Montgomery shall serve upon Matthew Hammerling, plaintiff, whose address is Salem Correctional Center, 7 Industrial Blvd., Industrial, WV 26426, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before June 1, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
