Legal Notice Architectural and Engineering Services Princeton Community Hospital an acute care general hospital located in southern West Virginia intends to contract for professional architectural and engineering services for the development of a new Medical Office Building (MOB) adjacent and connected to the existing Parkview Building on the north corner of the campus. The conceptual plans are for a three story building with approximately 36,000 square feet to include offices for 6-8 primary care physicians, 6-8 specialty practices, a 24 bay outpatient chemotherapy/ infusion unit and shared ancillary and support areas. The hospital has selected the construction management method for the design, development and delivery of this project. This project will be subjected to the Certificate of Need (CON) review process by the West Virginia Health Care Authority. Princeton Community Hospital is soliciting written “Expressions of Interest” from qualified architectural and engineering firms desiring to provide the required architectural and engineering services necessary to complete this project.
