ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 18th day of June, 2015, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of the Arnold J. Palmer, P. O. Box 6049, Princeton, WV 24740, for a VARIANCE to build and operate a Community Center at 500 High Street in the City of Princeton, WV in the Residential (R-2) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 4, Parcels 255 & 255.1). The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a community center in the Residential (R-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Invitation to Bid
The Monongalia County Commission will open sealed bids on May 27, 2015 at 10:20 am for the following items. One Ventrac 4500 series Model 4500Y 25 HP diesel liquid cooled tractor. The following options are to be included: one dual wheel kit – all terrain tires, one 4500 all-weather cab with a strobe beacon, directional defrost, and console mount fan/heater/filter. The tractor will be equipped with a backup alarm kit. The tractor will have a front mount 72" mower with 2 additional rubber tires for front of mower. There will be a 48" grapple power bucket with front hydraulic dual valve kit to attach to the tractor. Also quote two extra sets of three replacement mower blades. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject and/or all bids. Prices quoted shall be valid for a minimum of 90 days.
