This meeting is being held to review the design and realignment of High Street and receive public comments on changes to the traffic patterns. NOTICE TO THE CONGREGATION OF THE MULLENS WESLEYAN CHURCH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or following the 7th day of June, 2015, the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church, Inc, successor in interest to the Mullens Wesleyan Church Trustees, a religious organization, will enter into a Deed of Conveyance to sell and convey certain real estate more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, situate, lying at 1907 Moran Avenue, Mullens, Wyoming County, West Virginia, Bradley Shane Farley and Daniel M. Farley, Jr., for the sum of Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00). You are further notified that this notice is given you so that all members of the said church whom it may concern or having proper cause to object to the sale of said real estate may do so as provided in Chapter 35. Article 1, Section 11 of the Code of West Virginia, and unless one-fourth (1/20) or more of the total members of this Church who are over the age of eighteen years, in the name of two or more of them, on behalf of themselves and others similarly objecting, prior to the 7th day of June 2015, file their petition in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, West Virginia, setting forth their reason why such sale should not be made, then the undersigned Trustees will make, execute and deliver the deed of conveyance herein above described to the said purchaser.
