Notice is hereby given that BEVERLY DIAN CHEUVRONT and DANIEL GREG CHEUVRONT will, on the 17th of March, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as they may be heard, move ROBERT A. WATERS, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at his office on the Third Floor, Suite 321, in the Judicial Annex, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, in accordance with West Virginia Code 38-12-1 and 38-12-10, as amended, to direct the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia to execute a Release of that certain Deed of Trust executed by Robert D. Midcap to Daniel B. Douglas and Ernest M. Douglas, Trustees for Pankaj Sheth and Gireesh Asthana, dated September 12, 1981, recorded September 14, 1981, in the principal amount of $20,875.00 and recorded in General Lien Book 263, at Page 189.
At which time and place you may be present if you so desire.
