M.C. Certificate No. F-7402 to T2E Trucking, Inc. NOTICE OF FILING On December 3, 2015, West Virginia Tire Disposal, Inc. filed an application seeking the transfer and assignment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7402 to T2E Trucking, Inc. The authority will be transferred at no cost. Other assets proposed to be transferred include four vehicles. P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7402 authorizes operations as a common carrier by motor vehicle in specialized service in the transportation of used tires from points and places in West Virginia to a mono-fill for used tires, located in Nicholas County, north of W. Va. Route 39, within two (2) miles of the point at which W. Va. 39 crosses Bryant Branch of Peters Creek. Anyone desiring to object to the application must do so, in writing, within ten days after the date of publication of this notice. PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN RATES BY MUNICIPALITIES
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Morgantown has adopted by ordinance on February 2, 2016, a tariff containing increased rates, tolls and charges for furnishing water service to approximately 25,748 water customers in the County of Monongalia and surrounding areas.
The proposed increased rates and charges will become effective July 1, 2016, unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission; and will produce approximately $3,500,000 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 33{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. The average monthly bill for the various classes of customers will be changed as follows:

Resale customers of the Morgantown Utility Board include: Cheat View Public Service District, Clinton Water Association, Clay-Battelle Public Service District, Masontown Water Works, Pleasant Valley Public Service District, River Road Public Service District and the City of Star City.
The increases shown are based on averages of all customers in the indicated class. Individual customers may receive increases that are greater or less than average. Furthermore, the requested rates and charges are only a proposal and are subject to change (increases or decreases) by the Public Service Commission in its review of this filing. The Commission shall review and approve or modify the increased rates only upon the filing of a petition within thirty (30) days of the adoption of the ordinance changing said rates or charges, by:
1. Any customer who is served by a municipally operated public utility and who resides outside the corporate limits and who is affected by the change in said rates or charges and who presents to the Commission a petition alleging discrimination between customers within and without the municipal boundaries. Said petition shall be accompanied by evidence of discrimination; or
2. Any customer or group of customers who are affected by said change in rates who reside within the municipal boundaries and who present a petition to the Commission alleging discrimination between said customer or group of customers and other customers of the municipal utility. Said petition shall be accompanied by evidence of discrimination.

A complete copy of the proposed rates, as well as a representative of the utility to provide any information requested concerning it, is available to all customers, prospective customers, or their agents and any of the following offices of the utility:
