The West Run Planning District Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following request on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Monongalia County Planning Commission First Floor Conference Room at the Morgantown Municipal Airport Terminal, Hart Field Road, Morgantown, WV. Case VAR 002-2016: A variance request to reduce the parking island requirement and to remove the undergrowth requirement in Art. 2550.05A & D per Mon General’s request at the property legally described as Parcels 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 13, 13.2, 13.3, 16, 16.2, and 17.3 of Map 4C in the Morgan Tax District.
Case VAR 003-2016: A variance request to reduce the rear yard setback from forty (40) feet to thirty seven (37) feet at its minimum for a proposed deck adjacent to an under construction residence at the property legally described as Parcel 44 of Map 12C in the Union Tax District.
