The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a judgment against the defendants as a result of an accident that occurred on or about April 16, 2014 and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of other unknown defendants and has been unable to serve said unknown defendants and it is ordered that other unknown defendants do serve upon John R. Angotti, Esq., plaintiff attorney, whose address is 274 Spruce St., Morgantown, WV, an answer or other defense to the compliant filed in this action on or before May 10, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against other unknown defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
