It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Tyler Matthew Pingley has been unable to be located by Kiona Marie Barefoot and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Tyler Matthew Pingley shall serve upon Kiona Marie Barefoot, 202 Brookview Apts #B2, Morgantown, WV 26508 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 18, 20916. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
