THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS FOR A CONTEMPT PETITION TO DETERMINE DEFENDANT CONTEMPT OF THE FINAL ORDER.
To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Racheal Lynne Moore has been unable to be located by John T. Rishel, II, and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Rachael Lynne Moore shall serve upon John T. Rishel, II, pro se, whose address is 139 Adam Heights Road, Morgantown WV, 26508, and answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Contempt filed in this action. A hearing on this matter has been set for November 30, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Judge Randal A. Minor. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trail, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Contempt Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
