Upon information and belief, the State of West Virginia has identified Christy Anderson as the mother of the above-named child. However, any person purporting to have paternal rights to the above-named child is hereby notified that the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources presently maintains legal custody of the child, and that proceedings are scheduled in the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, which will affect paternal rights to the child. A hearing is scheduled for May 17, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so. Upon your application, legal counsel may be appointed to represent you.
