DEPUTY SHERIFF ENTRY LEVEL CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION
A competitive Civil Service Examination for Deputy Sheriffs will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department, 116 Walnut Street, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505. (Please note: applicants are to use the front entrance and park in the parking garage across the street. Parking is not permitted in front of the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department.)
Testing is open to all applicants who have filed an application for employment as a Deputy Sheriff prior to Thursday, July 13, 2017. Applicants for original
appointment must be eighteen (18) years of age on or before Thursday, July 13,
2017.
Applicants must notify and submit an application to the Monongalia County Clerk by Thursday, July 13, 2017 to be scheduled for testing.
PLEASE BE ADVISED NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM. NO TOBACCO USE OF ANY FORM.
