Notice of Mechanic’s Lien
You will please take notice that the undersigned FERGUSON ENTERPRISES, INC. was and is a materialman/supplier with ATOPPLUMBING, LLC who was and is the general contractior or subcontractor as the case may be, for the furnishing of materials and supplies necessary to the completion of the construction project commonly known as the Gyorko job which real estate is described as that certain plot or parcels of land owned by you and situate on Stockett Road, Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, and described in that certain Deed dated February 3, 2016, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Monongalia County, West Virginia, in Deed Book l542, at page 730 (See Exhibit: A for detailed description) from Badin, LLC to Jedd Lindon Gyorko and Karley Alaina Gyorko.
You are further notified that the undersigned has not been paid for materials and supplies provided, and that the undersigned claims a lien to secure the payment of the sum of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND SIXTY-ONE CENTS ($23,138.61) (See Exhibit B) plus all applicable interest, costs and attorney’s fees, upon your interest in said real estate described herein, and further that the undersigned claims a lien upon the buildings, structures, and improvements thereon, to secure the payment of the said sum
