Harriett Fitzgerald, Executive Director of the West Virginia health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent form Stonerise Reliable healthcare LLC, Charleston, Kanawha CON File #17-6/10-11134-A, for the acquisition of the home health agency operated by Monongalia Valley Association of health Centers Inc., d/b/a MVA home health Service. the capital expenditure associated with the project is $335,000.
