The Monongalia County, WV, Board of Education will accept sealed bids for gasoline fuel until Monday, July 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. for the period August 31, 2017 through August 31, 2018.
Specification and conditions are as follows:
Gasoline
1. Approximately 25,000 gallons of regular gasoline
a. Minimum of 87 octane rating
b. Brand name and specifications must be listed
c. Gasoline will be pumped from vendor location within 5 miles of downtown Morgantown.
2. Prices quoted should be listed as a firm bid which should be arrived at based on OPIS (Pittsburgh/Charleston) cost price plus markup (other expenses plus margin). Price quoted shall be based solely on margin, which shall remain constant during the term of the bid. "Margin" shall mean and/or include all additional charges beyond cost of fuel at terminal.

The outside of the envelope must be marked FUEL BID. All bids are due by 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Monongalia County School Transportation Center, 101 Mylan Park Lane, Morgantown, WV 26501 Attention: Jeff Meadows.

The Monongalia County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all or any part of any bid.
