The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendants as a result of an automobile accident in Monongalia County on May 4, 2015. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of defendants unknown to plaintiff, without effect and it is ordered that they do serve upon ROBYN M. BABINEAU, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 229 Jefferson Street, Fairmont WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action before September 6, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
