AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that LP Mineral, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality for a Regulation 13 permit for the Humphrey facility to include stone and coal portable crushing and screening equipment. The facility is currently permitted under General Permit Registration G40-0O55, and is located on State Route 100, near Maidsville in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 39.673026 and Longitude: -79.994943.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 207.93 tons per year (tpy) of which 123.46 tpy are fugitive; PM10 of 82.05 tpy of which 41.31 tpy are fugitive; PM2.5 of 13.02 tpy of which 4.78 tpy are fugitive; NOx of 78.89 tpy; CO of 16.52 tpy; S02 of 15.44 tpy; VOC of 19.17 tpy; Benzene of 0.049 tpy; Toluene of 0.023 tpy; Xylene of 0.016 tpy; 1,3-Butadiene of 0.002 tpy; Formaldehyde of 0.062 tpy; Acetaldehyde of 0.041 tpy; Acrolein of 0.007 tpy; and Naphthalene of 0.006 tpy.

The facility is operational. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th’ Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
